  • Overview

    The Inside Sales Associate position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the healthcare market to increase sales of products and/or services. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

    Responsibilities

    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
    • Match products and/or services to customer needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Product Management and Business Development to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
    • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services.
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned region.
    • Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and bi-directional

    Qualifications

    • One year phone prospecting, inside sales or related experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Healthcare experience preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and persevere with a positive attitude while contacting the next potential client(s).
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and CRM/Salesforce experience.
    • Strong follow-up and time management skills.
